As soon as your payment has been processed, you will receive our full service. Just open up the file and follow the instructions to start the broadcasts.

How many channels are included in the package?
Our service package now comes with over 200 channels from all over the world including local, regional and international broadcasts.

What is the picture quality like?
The quality of the picture is just like watching tv through a PC TV card.

Will I need any additional software?
You will need to use Microsoft's Windows Extractor tool or Winzip to extract the installation files. The Windows extractor tool is part of your Windows operating system. There is a help file located in the members area which explains how to extract the files easily and quickly. Some channels also require Windows Media Player or Real Player.

Are future updates available?
Of course! Whenever a new version of our software package is released, you will automatically be notified and you can even have the updated software emailed to your email address
